Here is another Pumpkin Treat for you all! As Halloween is quickly approaching and we all move into Christmas and Holiday Mode my beloved Pumpkin will slowly fade off and wait till Fall comes around again next year. So I have to get all my pumpkin cravings in really quickly before I move on to Peppermint.
This bread that I made for you is not only delicious and beautiful it is amazingly easy! You can make this for a Brunch, Breakfast, or a snack anytime this Autumn. A perfect quick treat for Thanksgiving Morning.
I love nuts! Walnuts, Pecans, Almonds, Cashews, Macadamia, you name it. If it is a nut I love it! The crunch the flavor and the healthiness of them. They just make me happy.
I wonder if the walnuts are still healthy after I doused them in corn syrup and brown sugar?
Sure…. Why Not?
What makes this bread so easy to whip up is that you start with a box of Pillsbury Quick Pumpkin Bread Mix. I have made this bread in the past just as the directions on the box call for, it was good. This time I jazzed it up a bit and it went from good to great!!!
I added some pumpkin puree and the chopped walnuts along with the candied walnuts on top. In an hour you have a really impressive and delicious loaf of bread.
I know that you will love this as much a we did. A true Pumpkin treat that your family will love and want to have again and again!
