Still riding high after the World Series? I know here in Kansas City we are still celebrating our victory!  It’s kinda sad that it’s all over.  Spring Training seems so far away.  Luckily we are still in the middle of Football Season!  The best thing about Football and Baseball?  The FOOD at the parties!!! Just grab a chunk of bread an pull!  You will get pepperoni extravaganza!  This appetizer is so easy and it’s ready and hot right of the oven in less than 45 min!

Pepperoni Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
  • 2 cups marinara sauce divided {I just used jar spaghetti sauce}
  • 1 cup pepperoni sliced quartered
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
  • more marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. grease a bundt cake pan VERY WELL
  3. cut each biscuit into 1/4's {I just used my kitchen shears}
  4. cut pepperoni slices until you fill a 1 cup measuring cup {I stacked them 4-5 high and used a large kitchen knife}
  5. in a large mixing bowl toss the biscuit pieces, pepperoni and cheese
  6. toss with your hands until mixed up well
  7. layer half in the greased pan
  8. spread 1/2 cup sauce
  9. layer the rest of the bread mixture
  10. spread 1/2 cup sauce
  11. bake for 30 min or until done and golden brown
  12. let cool in pan 30 min
  13. preheat oven to 350
  14. carefully release and turn out of pan
  15. spread the remaining one cup on top
  16. place bread on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 min to heat back up
  17. or you can serve right away
