  1. Heat the grill on high to 375 to 400
  2. roll the dough balls out to 1/4" thickness
  3. spray the top with non stick spray
  4. place the dough sprayed side down
  5. turn the heat down to med low and close lid
  6. let cook for 3-5 min
  7. once grill marks appear flip over and cook for 2 min lid open
  8. remove from grill and place all your toppings
  9. then place back on the grill over low heat
  10. close the lid and cook for 5 more min or until done
  11. Enjoy!

  1. OMG – I just made grilled flatbread on Saturday. We are on the same wavelength! I love the grilled bread, but I have problems with burning. Maybe it is an excuse to purchase a new grill???
