Each  Meatball is 1/2 Pound!!!  I am not sure that you can really get a feel of the massive size of these guys from these photos, but they are HUGE!!!

They taste amazing and I am so excited to share them with you.  I could never whittle out any info from our waiters to know really what the recipe is.  I had to rely on my palate and memory.

I am pretty proud to say that I NAILED IT!!!  I used a mixture of ground beef, ground italian sausage, bread crumbs and spices.  Use your favorite homemade spaghetti sauce.  I have a great Roasted Tomato Spaghetti Sauce recipe that would be amazing with these guys!

Your family is going to go crazy for this fun version of spaghetti and meatballs.  One Meatball can be cut and shared with family members or if you are feeling uber hungry, go ahead and eat a whole one yourself!!!

Questions, hot or sweet sausage? Do you cook them in sauce at all or, just in the pan? Thanks

Stretchy pants, huh? Sounds like my kind of place. Have never been there but I need to go. Can’t wait to try your meatballs. They sound perfect. My boys love meatballs and we all love sausage. Thanks for another great recipe Chandra!

I’ve heard a lot about Bucca di Beppo; have never been there. The essay says, “I used a mixture of ground beef, ground italian sausage, bread crumbs and spices” but there are no spices in the recipe except whatever might be in the Italian bread crumbs, salt & pepper. Did you use other spices??
