I am all about easy meals for busy weeknights.  It’s basically the whole theme of my blog.  Our lives are filled with so much to do.  Technology was supposed to make our lives easier, but our time is occupied more now than ever before. That is why I focus so heavily on easy, quick and tasty recipes.  If my family loves it and I loved making it then guess what?  So will you!

Copy Cat Bucca di beppo Meatballs ~ The largest, The meatiest, The Italianist Meatball in the history of Meatballs! Each one weighs in at 1/2 pound. If you have a large group to feed then this is the meatball for you!Each  Meatball is 1/2 Pound!!!  I am not sure that you can really get a feel of the massive size of these guys from these photos, but they are HUGE!!!

They taste amazing and I am so excited to share them with you.  I could never whittle out any info from our waiters to know really what the recipe is.  I had to rely on my palate and memory.

I am pretty proud to say that I NAILED IT!!!  I used a mixture of ground beef, ground italian sausage, bread crumbs and spices.  Use your favorite homemade spaghetti sauce.  I have a great Roasted Tomato Spaghetti Sauce recipe that would be amazing with these guys!Copy Cat Bucca di beppo Meatballs ~ The largest, The meatiest, The Italianist Meatball in the history of Meatballs!     I’ve heard a lot about Bucca di Beppo; have never been there. The essay says, “I used a mixture of ground beef, ground italian sausage, bread crumbs and spices” but there are no spices in the recipe except whatever might be in the Italian bread crumbs, salt & pepper. Did you use other spices??
