These cookies are the newest edition to The Plaid and Paisley Original Recipes Collection.  I am very proud of these cookies and I am not ashamed to brag about how Delish they were! As you all know I am really diving head first in creating new and exciting recipes for you.  I will still have other inspired recipes in the mix but my goal is to have 80% of the posts my own real creations.  I hope that you feel these cookies are as drool worthy as I do.

I am sure you all remember the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup commercials where the 2 guys walking down the hallway one with a jar of peanut butter the other with the chocolate bar and they bump into each other and exclaim, “You got chocolate in my peanut butter! No you got peanut butter on my chocolate!” and Wham one of the best ever candy bars {well, cups} were made!

That is just what these cookies taste like!

I was taken with inspiration when I bought my first bag of “Perfectly Poppable” Reese’s Minis.  I knew I just had to make a cookie that embodied the spirit of that classic commercial.  Too young to remember? Google it on YouTube.  I am sure that it HAS to be there!

    Good Evening Chandra,
Happy one year anniversary to you. I have popped over from Anyonita Nibbles to say hello. Anyonita invited me to join this party and I have added my Pavlova. I am looking forward to meeting all the other talented bakers.
It is lovely to meet you and I am becoming a new follower. I love the sound of your biscuits as I am a real chocolate lover, so I will be adding these to my repertoire.
    Best Wishes
    Daphne
