- 1 box no bake cheesecake
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used the mini ones)
- 1/4 cup pecans crushed plus more whole ones for garnish
- 4-5 pecan sandies cookies crumbled
- caramel ice cream topping sauce
- follow box directions for making the cheesecake only add the crushed pecans to the crust layer and fold in the chocolate chips in to the filling mix
- crumble the cookies all across the top of the cheesecake
- drizzle the caramel sauce on top
- place pecans for garnish
- cover in cling film and chill for overnight or at least 4 hours
