OK I can officially say that I am running behind by like 1,000 years!  I had taken some sick leave from blogging and boy am I having a hard time getting back in the groove and getting organized!  I think that I have that all under control now!

My dear Friend Ashley over at Kitchen Meets Girl was on vacation during the middle of May and she asked me and some other great bloggers to guest post for her while she was out.  (Totally jealous by the way! She was on a Cruise!)  So I whipped up these completely easy and terrifically yummy apple cheese danishes for her.  No sooner did I get this over to her and got it posted then I went out of town for a bit.  So here I am a week or two or so late…….
